Behind whitewashed walls we invite you to discover this comfortable, bright, carefully designed and beautifully decorated beach villa where everything has been thought of for your well-being. 
Behind the front door you access the first level where the central terrace provides access to the 2 double bedrooms and your private swimming pool with sea view. For surf enthusiasts a rack is at your disposal and an outdoor shower for refresh yourself after your sea bath.

The rooms are air-conditioned and have King-size beds and large sliding bay windows with 100% blackout curtains. Each of the bedrooms has a dressing room with safe and a bathroom with sink, shower and WC.
Household linen including sheets, duvets, towels and beach towels is included.

You access the second level terrace via a spiral staircase. This wooden terrace is equipped with sun loungers. It is entirely secured by railings and offers a breathtaking view of the beach and the Indian Ocean. It is a magical place to relax because it overlooks the beach and to admire the sunset or sunrise over the Indian Ocean.

From the terrace you access through large sliding bay windows to the living room, dining room and kitchen area.

A very beautiful, fully glazed space to enjoy the breathtaking view. Depending on your choice, you can enjoy the sea breeze to cool off or the large ceiling fans. For real moments of relaxation with friends or family, two large, very comfortable sofas, a large table surrounded by chairs and to allow you to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped.

Crockery and utensils are available as well as a fridge, electric oven, hob, small wine cellar, water dispenser with 2 free refills upon your arrival.

If you wish, our cook can, on request, prepare delicious meals for you, this service is at an additional cost, a special Casa Pantai menu with a wide choice of Indonesian and more classic dishes is at your disposal. You can also request a dish off the menu.

Access to Bingin Beach and the villa involves a picturesque descent down the cliffside via a staircase of 132 irregular steps. As this path can be slippery in wet weather, we advise you to be careful. However, the journey is rewarded with a breathtaking view upon arrival. Please note that this staircase is the only point of access to the villa, whether going up or down.

This is why we have included in your service assistance who will manage for you the descent of your luggage to the villa upon your arrival and the bringing back of your luggage upon your departure.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO NOTE BEFORE BOOKING: 

- Access to Bingin beach and the villa involves a picturesque descent down the cliffside via a staircase of 132 irregular steps. As this path can be slippery in wet weather, we advise you to be careful. Please note that this staircase is the only point of access to the villa, whether going up or down.

- Our butler is at your disposal to do your shopping, make your restaurant reservations or find out about the region; its service is also included in the price of the villa. It will help you in particular to take down and bring up your luggage because access to Bingin beach and the villa is via quite long stairs.

- The villa and the swimming pool are private and completely reserved for your personal use. The Ar ty an Aod villa will offer you a peaceful stay thanks to its enclosed space, its fiber wifi and its breathtaking views. 

Surf enthusiasts have storage racks that can accommodate up to 4 boards.
Other remarks
For arrivals before 2 p.m. you can leave your luggage at our reception and enjoy the sea or the village while waiting for your villa to be ready. For late arrivals after 5 p.m., please notify us in advance so that we can give you the best possible welcome.

We kindly remind you that the departure time is scheduled for late morning, no later than 11 a.m.
